We recognized the vacation home owners’ needs and guests needs weren't being met through traditional property management companies and have come up with a great solution for all.
Our team is led by Managing Partner Grey Schuhmacher and supported by Vacation Rental Specialist Matt Patterson.
Grey has a dual BSBA degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Marketing, as well as 10 years in hotel and property management. Grey has also been directly involved in building our businesses in Steamboat Springs & Winter Park Colorado, Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Big Sky, Montana destinations. Our Sun Valley team is supported by our guest service and administrative team located in Denver, Colorado.
Sun Valley Rentals By Owner is part of Resortia Rentals By Owner network which began in 2003 serving the needs of homeowners and guests in Vail, Colorado. Over the past few years we have expanded to premium destinations to become the largest independent vacation rental agency in the Rockies including Beaver Creek, Aspen, Snowmass, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Telluride, Winter Park, Deer Valley, Park City, Jackson Hole, Keystone, Big Sky and Crested Butte. Resortia Rentals By Owner has now extended our unique service beyond the Rocky Mountains to include Lake Tahoe, Sun Valley, Santa Barbara, Hilton Head and Maui, with other amazing destinations to come!
