We have been successful in renting our properties directly to visitors - and we have experienced some of the challenges of working with traditional property management companies. We work on a non-exclusive basis, and property owners have the right to terminate our working relationship at any time. There are no restrictive contracts. In addition to our success in Vail and Beaver Creek, we've been very successful in our rental operations in Aspen, Snowmass & Breckenridge. We'll be launching Telluride later this summer.
